Tap any orange booking button, sign in with your email, and save your details. Your price updates as you add items, and you can attach a photo so we bring the right gear.

We group nearby jobs

To keep prices fair we wait until we've got a few pickups in your area, then run the route. Main pickup towns are usually 5–10 days; other areas can take longer.

We confirm your day

You'll get an email with the exact date and simple steps to get your items ready. Add it straight to your calendar, then we turn up and take it away.

Front & top loaders, dryers, metal wash tubs.

Ovens & cooktops

Stoves, wall ovens, cooktops, benchtop ovens, microwaves, dishwashers.

Gym & exercise gear

Treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, rowers, steppers, home gyms, reformers.

BBQs & gas bottles

2–4 burner and larger BBQs, plus gas bottles.

TVs & the rest

Flat-screen & old box TVs, cast-iron baths, lawn mowers, push bikes, general scrap metal.

Straightforward pricing

You pay a price per item, plus one travel fee based on where you are. Your Naki account gives an estimated total before you send. The calculator can sometimes be wrong, so email us if anything does not look right.

Good to know

Common questions

How soon will you collect?
Usually within 5–10 days in Hāwera, Eltham, Stratford, Inglewood, New Plymouth, Bell Block and Waitara. Pickups outside these areas can take longer because we group nearby bookings together. We'll email you with the confirmed date.
Do I need to be home?
Not always — if the items are somewhere we can safely get to them and you've paid, we can grab them while you're out. The confirmation email covers how to leave them ready. If access is tricky, save a note in your profile or booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes — no need to email. Open your account and tap Change items on the booking to add, remove or swap anything; the price updates and we're told straight away. Cancel this pickup cancels it. You can do either right up until we collect. There's also a Message button on each booking if you'd rather just ask us something.
How do I pay?
Your account shows an estimated price before you send, and we confirm payment details in your confirmation email. Any invoices and receipts are saved in your account too — an unpaid one shows the amount, our bank account and the reference to use. The calculator can sometimes be wrong, so email nakiwhitewareremoval@gmail.com if the price does not look right or you have any trouble.
What if my item isn't on the list?
Choose "Other" when booking and describe it in the comments — a photo helps here too. Your booking will show "quote to be confirmed", then we send you a price by email and it appears in your account. You can also ask the helper in the corner. We take most whiteware, appliances and scrap metal.
Can I see what's happening with my pickup?
Your account shows the stage your pickup is at — request received, added to the run, day being arranged, confirmed, then collected. Once your day is confirmed you can add it straight to your phone's calendar.
How far do you travel?
All across the main Taranaki towns and roads with no travel fee, and out to the coast (Oakura–Manaia) and inland (Ōpunake–Kaponga) for a small fee. More than 10 km from a covered town? Contact us for a price.
